Budget PartsUnder Governor Cuomo's administration, the NYS Budget is separated into Appropriations (usually Chapters 50 to 54) and Article VII budget bills (usually Chapters 55 to 59). The Article VII bills are organized into different Parts lettered from A to Z and beyond, including double and even triple letters, ie. AA or AAA.
