Steve commands over 30 years of experience performing legislative intent-based research with us. He is the Executive Editor and Annotator of the NYS Legislative Annual and author of the ​NYLS State Report. Our most experienced research specialist, Steve has served as our Executive Director since October of 2014 and is an expert in all aspects of our research services - especially regarding New York State legislation.

Peter has been with us performing legislative intent-based research for over 20 years. He is the Executive Editor and Annotator of the NYC Legislative Annual. Peter is a well-rounded, seasoned veteran of our team and offers expertise within all of our research services - especially regarding New York City legislation.

Together, our team possesses over 60 years of research experience.
